How To Apply: A recent stamp size photograph (3.5cmX2.5cm) signed by the applicant and attested by a Gazetted officer. Matriculation/10+2 duly attested for P.G Diploma/Advanced Diploma /Certificate programs. Procedure for Admission:

1. Filled in application along with attested Xerox copies of certificates for minimum required eligibility qualification and age.
2. Certificates in original for minimum required eligibility qualification and transfer/Migration certificate. Three stamp size photographs for application.
3. A Demand Draft drawn infavor of “The Director,OIFESM (BBSR) payable at Bhubaneswar Service Branch” to wards the prescribed tuition fee.

Admission through Post

1. Certificates for minimum required qualification.
2. Transfer /Migration certificate and two stamp size photographs.
3. Demand Draft drawn in favor of above mentioned address for the prescribed fee.

Document Required

1. College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.
2. Xerox copies of all Certificates and Marksheets.
3. Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates in original.
4. Migration Certificate if applicable.
5. 3-Passport size Photographs and 2 Stamp size Photographs.
6. Original Certificates and Marksheets of all examinations are essential for verification.
7. Original Rank Card.
